Eight Texas native grasses appear on notecards, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch in size, with matching envelopes. The line art illustrations correspond to those in volume 25 of the Flora of North America North of Mexico series.

Included are: Digitaria arenicola, Vaseyochloa multinervosa, Bouteloua kayi, Zizania texana, Andropogon gerardii, Bouteloua curtipendula, Tridens sp., and Chloris texensis.
